| Jason was Head of China Strategy and Head of Sustainability for Insurance Australia Group, Australasia's largest general insurance company. Before that, he was an M & A lawyer with Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York and Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Australia. Jason has also worked for the United Nations and is Vice Chairman of the Australia-China Chamber of Commerce in Beijing, as well as a Director of the George Institute for International Public Health, a leading medical research organisation. He was a director of the Sydney Institute, the National Centre for Volunteering as well as a governor of the Smith Fmaily. Jason speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese and German. He is admitted as an attorney in NSW and at the New York State Bar. Jason was a Hauser Global Fellow to NYU in 2000, an Eisenhower Fellow in 2001, and in 2009 was appointed a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in Davos. |
As a senior manager with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Europe and China, Jan has helped international corporations as well as small and medium-sized companies with issues ranging from strategy development to efficiency improvement and the implementation marketing and sales concepts. His European background, the experience that he gathered while living and working in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing and his eye for both top-line and bottom-line issues enable him to develop pragmatic and result-oriented solutions for international companies active in China. He is founding member of the Asian Transformation and Turnaround Association. Jan is a German-educated lawyer focusing on corporate and tax law and holds a law degree from Ludwig - Maximillian's University in Munich. Jan speaks fluent German and English, his Mandarin Chinese is conversational. |
Gao Feng has had over 20 years' experience in the automotive and insurance industries. He was employed by Insurance Australia Group, Australasia's largest general insurance company for 4 years, including a 1 year secondment to Australia. Before that, Gaofeng was with China Automobile Association, China's largest automobile club and road side assistance provider, for 14 years in a variety of senior roles. Gaofeng has a Bachelor of Automotive Engineering from Beijing Technology Engineering University and an EMBA from Renmin University in Beijing. He speaks fluent Mandarin and English. |
